Orders are shipped from our local UAE warehouse.

• Delivery Time: 1–3 business days within the UAE.

• Shipping Confirmation: A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control (force majeure).

5. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
